At the request of Tesla Motors, Los Angeles Warehouse Spaces, Corporate Advisory was engaged to conduct research to identify properties near Tesla’s existing Fremont, California campus suitable for a new 120,000sf R&D facility for development and testing of its electric vehicles.  Los Angeles Warehouse Spaces’s comprehensive report addressed Tesla’s options for present and future expansion.

U.S. Mint
United States Mint engaged Los Angeles Warehouse Spaces, Corporate Advisory to identify potential warehouses to accommodate the Mint’s growing coin production inventory storage needs. Los Angeles Warehouse Spaces worked closely with Mint staff to create an extensive report of options that met the Mint’s requirements to relocate its 50,000sf warehouse facility in San Francisco.

NASA – HUBBLE
NASA –Hubble -TRAXX engaged Los Angeles Warehouse Spaces, Corporate Advisory to relocate 450 of Hubble’s staff in barrack style buildings at Goddard Space Station to a new 2 story – 120,000 square foot headquarters located at 7700 Hubble Drive in Greenbelt, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, DC.
